These terms and conditions relate to the creation of a regular gift payment. Please read these terms and conditions before setting up your regular donation.

Direct Debit Payment

 

  1. I agree that the initiator must give me at least 10 days’ notice prior to each direct debit, provided that where the direct debit is in a series, the Initiator is only required to provide 10 days’ notice prior to the first direct debit in the series.

  2. Changes to the amounts or dates of a series of direct debits require 30 days’ prior notice to me.

  3. I can also agree with the Initiator to receive a same day notice for direct debits specifically requested by me.

  4. All notices must be in writing, but can be delivered electronically, if I have agreed that with the Initiator.

  5. I can also ask you to reverse a direct debit up to 120 days after the direct debit if: 

    1. didn’t receive proper notice of the amount and date of the direct debit, or

    2. I received notice but the amount or date of the direct debit is different from the amount or date on the notice.

  6. If you dishonour a direct debit but the Initiator retries it within 5 business days of the original direct debit, I understand that the Initiator doesn’t need to notify me again about that direct debit.

    1. The initiator can retry the direct debits up to seven times within seven business days of the initial failure until a successful payment is processed. 

Credit Card Payment

 

  1. I authorise the storing of this card account for the payment amount and frequency confirmed in the pledge form. The donation will continue monthly until cancelled.

  2. I can cancel this regular gift at any time by contacting supporters@plunket.org.nz or calling 0800 20 55 55

  3. All notices must be in writing, but can be delivered electronically, if I have given my email address to Plunket.

  4. Changes to the amounts or dates of a series of debits require my approval and 30 days prior notice to me

  5. I can ask Plunket to reverse a debit up to 120 days after the debit if:

    1. didn't receive proper notice of the amount and date of the debit, or

    2. I received notice but the amount or date of the debit is different from the amount or date on the most recent notice.

  6. If you dishonour a credit card donation we will attempt the transaction again up to 10 business days after the original debit donation. I understand that Plunket don't need to notify met again about that debit

    1. The initiator can retry the transaction up to seven times within seven business days of the initial failure until a successful payment is processed.
