Our telemarketing agency, Unity4, are reaching out to Plunket clients to see if they would be interested in supporting us as a charity by signing up to the Regular Giving Programme. This is so that we can keep offering our services to other parents of tamariki long-term.

Unity4 have strict security in place to ensure that all details are safe, and they are fully PCI (payment card industry) compliant. For clients who do not feel comfortable sharing card details over the phone, we also have the option of emailing a link to you to make a one-off donation or set up a regular gift using specific landing pages and forms. Before we proceeded with this telemarketing campaign, we also conducted a thorough Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) internally, to make sure data would be safe.
